Overview: We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various low voltage systems and possess strong technical skills. Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems such as fire alarms, security systems, and telecommunication networks - Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues - Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations - Detect and diagnose malfunctions using test equipment - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients - Utilize hand tools to complete installations and repairs Skills: - Proficiency in locksmithing techniques - Experience with fire alarm systems - Knowledge of low voltage systems and telecommunication networks - Previous experience as a field service technician is advantageous - Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) - Relevant certification in low voltage systems is preferred - Ability to effectively use hand tools for installations and repairs - Strong problem-solving skills to detect and troubleshoot issues efficiently Join our team as a Low Voltage Technician and contribute your expertise to ensure the smooth operation of low voltage systems.
